My name is Christophe Van Bael. I have a background in computational linguistics and speech technology. I studied in Antwerp (Belgium) and Edinburgh (UK), and I did a PhD in Nijmegen (The Netherlands). Soon after leaving academia, I fell in love with customer experience design.
Ever since, I help organizations (re)connect with their customers by making customer touch points and the overall customer journey more enjoyable and efficient. This results in higher levels of customer satisfaction at reduced costs, and it contributes to the development of lasting and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
